From the legal description of your lot or a survey we create architectural site plans showing the house with setbacks and relevant details

Each floor is drawn and dimensioned in detail for architectural purposes along with mechanical electrical and plumbing plans 

Each elevation is drawn and dimensioned. We show materials and relevant notes. Cross sections are provided as required.

An overall roof plan showing the pitch and layout of each roof plane along with roof specs is included.

As part of our architectural set we create a background set of framing plans for the structural engineer.

We draw details including: typical wall sections architectural finishes, structural connections and truss types. We can also provide Res-Check reports for an additional fee.
